To comply with legal and regulatory mandates, we may share the Personal Data with government agencies such as the Insurance Commission (IC), Credit Information Corporation (CIC), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies. This is done to ensure adherence to laws such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act, and other relevant regulations.

In pursuit of our legitimate business interests or in connection with the purposes outlined in this Notice, SGI Philippines General Insurance Company Inc. may share the Personal Data with:
